Started her career in the early 1970s with blues/funk band Cado Belle the Glasgow-born singer enjoyed international success working with Mike Oldfield until 1984. Since 1989 has worked as a solo artist recording pop, folk, ambient and acappella works, taking part in many other pop/ambient projects.
In 1996 came a dance project MR or M.R., remixes of her songs that had great success in the general dance scene.
The hit "Everytime We Touch" was remixed and covered by other dance singers from Lacara and Cascada from 2002 until today.
Latest album "Heaven Sent" released 2013.
