Dan Hill (born Toronto, Ontario in 1954 to American émigrés) is a biracial Canadian singer and songwriter. He had a major hit in 1977 with "Sometimes When We Touch", which continues to be the song for which Hill is most remembered. Apart from a few further minor hits on the ''Billboard'' charts, his subsequent albums failed to replicate his smash success in the American market, so he turned to songwriting for other artists.
