Session Drummer/Percussionist and engineer, originally at American Sound Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, becoming that studio's main drummer after the departure of Gene Chrisman. Miscredited as "Bishop Heywood" on Atlantic albums by John Prine and Jackie DeShannon. Was later the drummer on records by the group Alabama in Nashville.
Born: 1945 (or) 1946 in Norfolk, Virginia.
Died: January 4, 2017 in Nashville, Tennessee.
