Darkness wraps me in, it's soft, embrace
The night wind, it caresses, my face
Listen gently, and hear the words
That the wind echoes, and the rain, murmurs
Less then human, more like a beast
The night calms me, fills me, with inner peace
Creatures of the Night, they keep me, company
And share with me, this worlds, mysteries
They tell of hybrid children, from the seas
And nature spirits, among the trees
The truth about moving shadows, and ghostly sounds
Of ancient races, living, underground
These things and more, they freely, reveal
They say knowledge is power, the golden seal
Still I wonder, because it seems to me
That each truth brings me, closer, to insanity
