Skankin' Pickle was an American ska punk band formed by Mike Park in San Jose, California that was active from 1989 to 1996. Biography Skankin' Pickle formed in December of 1988, composed of students from Los Gatos High School in San Jose. The band played their first show on April 28, 1989, consisting of Mike Park on saxophone and vocals, Lynette Knackstedt on guitar and vocals, Mike Mattingly on bass and vocals and Chuck Phelps on drums.
