Swaddling clothes would adorn him.

Despise the name and threaten the life of...
Jesus.
He healed the sick... made blind eyes see.
He told the truth to make all men free.
And just for that they hated the man...
The human Jesus.

Some threw rocks while others scorned him.
In the end, not one would join him.
Rejected by most, but he never said one word!

They sent a mob at night to protest him;
Carefully planned their job to arrest him.
Marked by a kiss, he did not resist,
Then they took away Jesus.
He stood before the wicked Sanhedrin;
He always knew that they'd never free him.
Falsely accused, then sentenced to death...
The innocent Jesus.
