If you listen to 9027 Km on high volume it seems to be a recording of someone in thier apartment walking around hard wood floors. you can hear echoing footsteps and a siren in the distance. you can also hear a chic moan or giggling and some guy yawing... i think it is recorded on a bed since you can hear sheets rustling....
