Leslie Barbara Carter (born June 6, 1986, in Tampa, Florida, USA) is the sister of Aaron Carter and Backstreet Boy Nick Carter. She signed a record deal with Dreamworks Records and began recording her debut album. This album was set for release in 2000, but it kept getting delayed because Dreamworks wanted to test Leslie's fan base before releasing the album in order to ensure its success.
