Kathleen Wilhoite (born , 1964) is an American film and television actress. She also voiced the title character in the animated series Pepper Ann. Wilhoite is an accomplished musician with two widely released albums, Pitch Like a Girl (1997, Daves' Record Company) and Shiva (2000, Ruby Ray Records).
