Fenix*TX is an American pop punk band. The band formed in 1995 and split at 2002. In September 2005 the band announced a reunion/farewell tour across the United States.The band's original title was ''Riverfenix'', but they were forced to change it due to conflicts with the estate of the dead actor River Phoenix. They changed their name to Fenix*TX in 1997 and had two successful singles, "All My Fault" and "Threesome".
